Privacy policy

This policy explains how the personal data of people who contact Hybrid Labs through this website is processed, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

1. Data controller

  • Trade name: Hybrid Labs
  • Phone (WhatsApp): +34 610 86 69 69

2. What data is processed

“We’ll call you today” form. If the contact form on the site is filled in, the name and phone number (and an optional message, if written) are collected, together with the page language, the submission date and the confirmation of the consent checkbox. No IP address, browser data or cookies are recorded with the submission. The sole purpose is to call the person back and handle the request.

The site uses no analytics and no cookies of its own (see the Cookie policy). The other contact channel is WhatsApp: the buttons on the site open a conversation with a pre-written opening message, and the person decides whether to send it. From then on, the data provided in the conversation is processed: phone number, profile name and message content.

3. Purpose

To handle and reply to the contact request and, where applicable, prepare a proposal. The data is not used for advertising or shared for that purpose.

4. Legal basis

  • The person's consent when sending the message on WhatsApp (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Pre-contractual measures taken at the person's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Retention

Data from the “We’ll call you today” form is kept only as long as needed to return the call and handle the request, and is deleted no later than 12 months after receipt, unless a contractual relationship begins. Other data is kept while the request is handled and then for the legally required period; after that it is deleted.

6. Recipients

The data is not shared with third parties. Note that:

  • When contact is made via WhatsApp, the message is handled through WhatsApp / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. under their own policies.
  • The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), which acts as a processor of technical connection data (for example, the IP address) and of the data submitted through the “We’ll call you today” form, which is stored in a private Vercel Blob store (EU region, Frankfurt), with appropriate safeguards for international transfers (EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. International transfers

Transfers resulting from the use of Vercel and WhatsApp/Meta rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and any additional applicable safeguards.

8. Rights

For any data processed, including form data, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection may be exercised, and consent withdrawn at any time, by messaging on WhatsApp at +34 610 86 69 69. Anyone who believes their rights have not been properly addressed may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

9. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect the data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
